I needed a patio built and received several quotes. I then contacted Brendon Sloanes as I had used his services in the past. Brendon beat the other quotes by a small amount. I agreed and appointed him to carry out my project. Brendon is pleasant and trustworthy and his small team are hard working and polite. The job grew from a patio to include a decking area also. The work took just shy of a month but the weather was awful. The work was done to a good standard and all rubbish was cleared at the end of the job. If you want a good standard of work for a fair price get a quote and time scale from Brendon you won't regret it.
Internal door shaving
Brendan gave us a reasonable quote on the same day we posted the job and came out two days later. He was extremely polite, very knowledgeable and helpful, willing to share advice as to the best way to proceed and considerate of the property furnishings. He did a great job, worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently and was very accommodating; having a young baby in the house he was considerate in fitting in with our time slots. All round a very good experience. He is now our number one person to contact should we need further assistance.
I would highly recommend EHC Properties. Brendon fully refurbished my property with care and attention to detail. He fitted a new external door at another property and carried out extensive repairs at a third property. Brendon always turned up with his team when requested. Bathroom Door
Absolutely fantastic, EHC stepped in when the Joiner didn't return to finish the work, showed great patience in getting the door hung and completed the job as quoted despite the extra work involved. Great communication from start to finish and a job very well done. Highly recommended for your work. Will certainly be using again in the future.

Fit new kitchen door
Everything was spot on. Took time to do the job properly and even came back next day to check it was fitting correctly and we were satisfied. Price was agreed and even though I tried to give the lad a little extra he refused saying he was happy with the fee paid. Overall excellent service and a job well done.
Put up a new curtain pole
I hired Brendon to come and put up a new curtain pole and some new curtains. Brendon was very responsive and carried the job out to a high standard. He asked if I was happy with everything before leaving too, which I was. I'm very impressed with his service. Thank you very much!
